The tourist office in Jawans
Bhavan opposite the GPO, is open from 10 a.m to 5.45 p.m. there's also
a counter at the TTDC Hotel Tamil Nadu. The Canara Bank on South Main Rd changes travellers
cheques. The Hotel Parisutham does this too.
The GPO, near the railway station, is open daily from
10 a.m to 4 p.m . Sunday from noon . The telegraph office
next door is open 24 hours. |
